Terms of Service for Geo Madness

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the game Geo Madness (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Acceptance of Terms:

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Martin Cremer ("I," "me," or "my"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

User Accounts:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to choose a username that does not infringe upon the rights of others and is not offensive.
  • I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if I believe you have violated these Terms.

Use of the Game:

  • You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
  • You agree not to:
    • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or my servers.
    • Use the Game in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Game.
    • Exploit any bugs or glitches in the Game for unfair advantage.

Advertisements:

The Game may contain advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to such advertisements. I am not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party advertisers. Your interaction with advertisements is solely between you and the advertiser.

In-Game Chat and User Conduct:

You are solely responsible for the content of your chat messages within the Game.

  • You agree not to use the chat feature to:
    • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful, or discriminatory.
    • Impersonate another person or entity.
    • Spam or flood the chat with irrelevant messages.
    • Engage in any behavior that disrupts the gameplay experience of others.

Intellectual Property:

The gameplay and code of Geo Madness are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and I own the rights to this original content. The images displayed in the Game—encompassing diverse categories such as animals, cities, landmarks, and other thematic subjects—are sourced from various creators and are used under licenses that permit commercial use. I adhere to the requirements of these licenses by providing attribution to the authors and clearly indicating the license type associated with each image. A directory with links to the respective license types is also available within or in connection with the Game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based upon the Game's original content without my explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Game.

Termination:

I may terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause and without notice.

Governing Law:
